NATURE AND KAYAKING FOR EVERYONE - 2, 4 o 6 DAYS
A few days to enjoy Menorca without rushing, combining sea, land and good company. This route is ideal for those who want to experience a peaceful adventure, where kayaking is simply the way to reach special places, not a challenge in itself.
We will paddle at a comfortable pace along carefully selected stretches of coastline, discovering hidden coves and hard-to-reach corners of the island. Throughout the expedition, we will stop to swim, snorkel in areas rich in marine life, walk through unique and uncrowded places, visit sites with history and explore archaeological remains.
There will also be time for the simple pleasures along the way: stopping at a beach bar when the opportunity arises, sharing moments with new adventure companions and enjoying the journey without any rush.
And between one crossing and the next, we will experience some of the most special moments the sea can offer: sunsets and sunrises from the coast, nights under a star-filled sky and that unique feeling of becoming part of the landscape for a few days.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Guided routes along a section of Menorca’s coastline, selected according to weather conditions to ensure both enjoyment and safety.
Guide and support from someone with more than 10 years of experience navigating the coast of Menorca.
3 meals per day and water included: the guide prepares all meals. (Breakfast on the first day and dinner on the last day are not included.)
Eating utensils (plate, cutlery and cup).
Snorkeling equipment: mask and snorkel.
Equipment: sea kayak (Zegul brand), life vest, spray skirt, fiberglass paddle (Werner brand), and 2 dry bags.
Shared overnight equipment: tarps. (Sleeping bag and mat rental service available.)
Insurance: mandatory civil liability and accident insurance during the activity.
Introductory meeting the day before the route begins in Maó. An afternoon meeting to meet the group, present the route and answer any questions. Attending is highly recommended, although it can also be joined online via Zoom if necessary.
Pick-up on the first day of the route in Maó at a specified time and meeting point.

Terms and conditions – NATURAK
Kayak Expeditions
NATURAK is a company exclusively specialized in organizing guided sea kayak expeditions.
These terms and conditions apply to any booking of expeditions organized by NATURAK.
1. General participation conditions
• Prices are expressed in euros and include the corresponding VAT.
• It is essential to know how to swim in order to participate in any expedition.
• Please consult us regarding minors.
• Recommended maximum weight: under 120 kg and height under 2 m (please consult in advance otherwise).
• Participants must inform us in advance of any relevant medical condition, pregnancy or physical limitation.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that may affect reaction capacity is not permitted.
• Throughout the expedition, the group will be accompanied by certified guides.
• Clients agree to follow the instructions of the lead guide at all times.
• NATURAK is not responsible for personal injury or material damage resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

2. Booking and payment system
• Advance booking is mandatory.
• To confirm a place, 100% of the total amount must be paid.
• Payment of the booking implies that the client has read and accepted these conditions.

3. Service conditions
• Prices include the mandatory civil liability and accident insurance according to current Balearic Government regulations.
• Technical equipment necessary for the expedition is included.
• External services (accommodation, transport, restaurants, etc.) are at the client’s expense.

4. Weather conditions and safety
• Expeditions are subject to weather and sea conditions.
• NATURAK may modify itineraries, schedules or cancel an expedition for safety reasons before or during the activity.
• We rarely cancel, but if cancellation by NATURAK is unavoidable, the client may choose between:
Changing the date
Full or partial refund depending on the case.
• Refunds will not be issued if weather conditions do not match the client’s personal preferences.
• Refunds will not be issued if the client decides to leave the expedition due to lack of experience.

5. Cancellations and modifications by the client
Cancellations and modifications must be communicated in writing.
A significant part of our expenses is committed long before departure, therefore the following cancellation policies apply:
• More than 30 days before departure: 20% penalty of the total amount.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% penalty of the total amount.
• Administrative fees: 10% of the total price.
• No-show or voluntary withdrawal: no refund.
• No exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made for personal, medical or logistical reasons.
• Refunds will not be issued if weather conditions do not meet the client’s personal expectations.

6. Modifications and right of admission
• NATURAK reserves the right of admission to anyone who does not meet safety conditions.
• NATURAK may update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• NATURAK’s responsibility begins at the start of the contracted activity.

• The activity includes mandatory insurance.
• By confirming the booking, the client accepts these conditions.

8. Jurisdiction
For any legal claim, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Menorca.
